Children's birthday at the Tierpark

Please note!

After purchase, you will get a ticket for your birthday tour by e-mail (can be presented digitally). The ticket is only valid for the tour on the selected date.

Cancellation conditions for children's birthday tours:

• Up to 14 days before date: Free of charge
• Between 14 days and 48 hours before date: 50% of tour price
• Less than 48 hours before date: Full tour price
• Cancellation contact: ticket@tierpark-berlin.de

Please note that all tour participants also need regular day tickets (or annual passes) for Tierpark Berlin. These can be booked directly here. The birthday child is granted free admission as part of the tour. Please book the additional ticket above.

Each tour is created according to the welfare of the animals as well as the internal processes daily. Therefore, no individual requests can be considered. Please do not expect to be able to feed, pet or hold animals. The tour takes place regardless of the weather and is always adapted to the respective weather conditions as best as possible.

* The number of people applies to adults and children and cannot be extended. The majority of the participants must be children (aged 7 to 15), but at least one accompanying adult is required. Attention: The tour guide cannot assume any supervisory duties towards the participating children - the corresponding responsibility must be assumed by the accompanying adult(s).
